GET TICKETS

A look into how simple it can be to make swaps to a plant forward diet and exploring sustainable & eco conscious ways to do this through things that are grown or readily available to us in London/ the UK.

What to expect

Starting by exploring the ingredients we will be using, why we have chosen them and what they can be used for in the kitchen. We will do a brief discussion on the importance of including these ingredients into our menus and how this can impact our carbon footprint.

We will then open up the conversation for questions and comments before preparing,

tasting and using our ingredients in a selection of ways. There will be demos as well as the chance to make some of our delicious plant based dairy alternatives providing inspirational ways to include these into your everyday cooking

  • More sustainable ways to veganise your cooking within the British food context
